摘要
针对扭转梁式后悬架进行力学特性分析,考虑极限工况加速侧滑时扭转梁式后悬架的受力特点,通过后悬架的基本方程,分别得到纵摆臂和扭力梁上所受载荷,为有限元分析提供准确的加载条件,进而通过ANSYS/Workbench进行仿真分析.结果表明,扭转梁式后悬架应力和位移满足设计需要,解决了由于传统设计时无法估算后悬架载荷而造成的隐患,为后悬架系统的进一步优化和改进提供了必要的理论依据.
The twist beam rear suspension was taken as research object for the mechanical characteristic analysis. With the mechanical characteristics of rear suspension in acceleration sideslip of limit conditions, was taken into account, and by detailed theoretical formula derivation, the suffered load of vertical swing arm and torsion beam was obtained, which provided accurate load conditions for finite element analysis. At laSt, the simulation of twist beam rear suspension was finished by the ANSYS/Workbench software. The result showed: the stress and deformation of the self-developed twist beam rear suspension meet the design needs ;it also eliminates the hidden dangers caused by the traditional design which failed to estimate the loads of rear suspension, and it also provides the necessary theoretical basis for further optimization and improvement of the whole smooth system.
