微创与传统切开椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的疗效比较 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨微创与传统切开椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效。方法将60例胸腰椎骨折患者根据治疗方式的不同分为2组:微创组30例行微创经皮椎弓根钉内固定治疗,传统组30例行传统切开椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗,比较2组的治疗效果。结果微创组切口长度、手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量及住院时间较传统组明显减少(P<0.05);2组术后矢状面Cobb角、伤椎前缘高度、伤椎自身成角与术前比较均明显改善(P<0.05),2组术后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);微创组优良率为90.0%,传统组为86.7%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论微创和传统切开椎弓根螺钉内固定术均是治疗胸腰椎骨折的有效方法,但是微创治疗具有创伤小、出血少、恢复快等优点。
