"慕课"的快速发展主要受全球化发展、教育经费投入、高等教育改革和大数据时代信息技术的等因素的推动。"慕课"的出现和发展给我国高校带来机遇和调整,高校要用战略视角思考高校的教学改革,结合高校自身的特点积极主动应对,推动和促进在线教育的发展。高校教师应当主动应对、主动适应"慕课"对教师的要求,重新定位教师角色,解放思想,转变观念,对传统的教学模式进行大胆改革和重新审视,研究和实践"慕课"教学的要求和规律,在尊重教育规律的前提下不断深化教学改革,确立以学为主的教学方式。

The development of “Moocs”（ Massive Open Online Course） is promoted by the globalization de-velopment,education funding,higher education reform and information technology of mass data.The appear-ance and development of“Moocs” brings both opportunities and adjustment to college teaching.The colleges should cogitate the teaching innovation from a strategic viewpoint, proactively respond it according to their own characteristics,improve and facilitate the development of online education.The college teachers should respond and adapt to the demand of Moocs,re-position the role of teachers,emancipate the mind and change concepts,reform and re-examine the traditional teaching model bravely, research and practice the demands and rules of Moocs,and finally establish a school-based teaching methods under the premise of respecting the law of the deepening of education reform.
