奥美拉唑治疗急性胃出血的临床效果分析

Omeprazole treatment of acute bleeding clinical effectiveness analysis

目的:对奥美拉唑治疗急性胃出血的效果进行研究分析。方法:一共有64例急性胃出血患者接受试验,将受试者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组32例。两组患者都接受同样的综合治疗输液、输血、调节酸碱平衡,必要时给予胃黏膜保护剂。观察组用药为奥美拉唑;对照组用药为法莫替丁。患者在接受治疗期间,要定期进行肝和肾功能的检测,记录药物不良反应的发生情况。观察记录试验数据。结果:试验的不良反应率观察组底于对照组,平均止血时间观察组低于对照组,总有效率观察组比对照组明显要高,HP转阴率也高于对照组。两组各指标比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用奥美拉唑治疗急性胃出血具有良好的效果,不良反应率也很低,安全方便,可临床推广。

Objective To study and analysis the effect of omeprazole in the treatment of acute gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods A total of 64 cases of acute gastric hemorrhage patients undergoing testing,the subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group,32 cases in each group.Two groups of patients received the same comprehensive treatment infusion,transfusion,regulating acid-base balance,when necessary,given the gastric mucosal protective agent.The observation group use Omeprazole;the control group use of famotidine.Patients undergoing treatment period,to regularly test the liver and kidney function,the occurrence of adverse drug reactions of the situation.Observe and record the test data.Results The rate of adverse reaction test observation group at the end of the control group.The average hemostasis time of observation group was lower than the control group,the total efficiency of the observation group than in the control group were significantly higher,HP negative conversion rate is higher than that of the control group.Compared two groups of indexes with significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Omeprazole in the treatment of acute gastric bleeding with good effect,adverse reaction rate is very low,safe and convenient,and can be popularized in clinical.
