聚羧酸系减水剂与减缩剂对水泥基材料收缩性能的协同效应 被引量:12

摘要 混凝土的收缩开裂一直是混凝土工程界想解决却未能彻底解决的难题。尝试性地选取了聚羧酸系高效减水剂与减缩剂进行复合,利用二者复合之后减缩性能的协同效应,进行了水泥基材料收缩性能试验。结果表明,二者复掺时对水泥基砂浆及高强高性能混凝土均表现出了优异的减缩效果,28 d减缩率分别高达62.6%和55.3%,具有明显的减缩协同叠加效应。通过研究各组分的表面张力来探讨其作用机理并就减缩协同效应进行分析,结果表明二者复合具备了较好的减缩基础。 Shrinkage crack of the concrete was always difficult problem which the engineering fields wanted to solve. The compounds between polycarboxylate water reducing agent and shrinkage reducing agent were studied in this paper. The shrinkage performances of the cement-based materials were studied by the synergistic effect of the compounds. The results showed that the compounds had both excellent shrinkage reducing effect and obvious synergistic effect about the shrinkage reducing performance, when they were acted on the mortar and high strength and performance concrete. The 28 day shrinkage reducing rate of the mortar and high strength and performance concrete with the compounds respectively attained 62.6% and 55.3%. Last the mechanism of action was explored and the synergistic effect was analyzed by the surface tension of the every component. The results showed that the compounds had very good shrinkage reducing base.
