摘要
为了推动"分类培养、分层教学"改革的顺利进行,提高人才培养质量,采用问卷调查和访谈,研究高职学生的学习特点,以发现学生学习中存在的问题.调查结果表明:许多学生对开设的课程内容不满意、自主学习能力不强、自卑感强、自律能力低等.针对这些问题,结合江苏建筑职业技术学院的改革经验,提出了改革培养方案以满足学生需求,因材施教提高教学质量,采取相应措施加强学生管理等对策.
In order to promote the smooth progress of reform of classified cultivation and strati_fied teaching and improve talent training quality,this paper studies learning characteristics of higher vocational students through questionnaire survey and interview to find out problems.Re_sults show that problems exist such as dissatisfaction of courses,poor ability of self_regulated learning,strong inferiority feelings and low capability of self_discipline.Aiming at these prob_lems,this paper puts forward to reform training program to meet the needs of students,teach students according to their aptitude to improve teaching quality and strengthen student manage_ment with corresponding measures.
