Research on the New Generation Medical Talent Cultivation Methods

医学人才是我国人才建设的重要组成部分,而随着新生代的成长,新生代医学人才的培养便成为我国医学人才培养的重要议题。本文从目前世界医学人才培养的主要模式出发,研究了我国目前医学人才培养模式中存在的问题和新生代医学人才具备的特点,最后提出针对新生代医学人才培养应该采取的措施。

Medical talent construction is one of the important parts of talent construction in our country. With the growth of the new generation, cultivating the new generation of medical talents has become an important issue. This paper, starting from the main medical talent cultivation modes in the current world, studies the problems in medical talent cultivation mode and describes the features of the new generation of medical talents. Finally, it puts forward some measures to solve the problems in cultivating the new generation of medical talents.
