摘要
选用无味环保原料,通过乳化工艺制备出一种无味环保载体CNS。探讨了用于不同分散染料染色过程中,载体用量、染色时间、染色温度等因素对涤纶染色深度的影响,优化的应用工艺为:CNS4%~6%(omf),染色温度100—110℃,染色时间60~90min。与市场同类产品的效果进行比较,结果显示,该产品具有上色率高,高温定形无刺激气味等优点。
The novel eco-friendly carrier CNS is prepared by emulsification process with green and odorless raw materials. The influences of dosage of carrier CNS, dyeing time and temperature on polyester disperse dyeing are studied. The optimized process is: 4%-6% of CNS (omf), dyeing temperature 100-110 ℃, and dyeing time 60-90 min. The results show that carrier CNS is conducive to improve the dye- uptake without pungent odor in high-temperature setting compared with other commercial carriers.
