摘要
评价专业化是近年来西方国家教育评价领域重要的发展趋势,而评价人员专业化是评价专业化的核心特点之一。加拿大评价协会率先于2009年出台了评价人员能力指标,并正式进行评价人员专业资格认证。资格认证方案以评价标准、评价伦理指导原则和能力要求为基础,从教育经历、工作经历、专业能力和专业学习等方面对评价人员进行资格认证,并采用自愿参与、循序渐进的方式推进,其经验为各国所关注。
Evaluation professionalization is an important tendency in educational eval-uation worldwide. In 2009,the Canadian Evaluation Society approved the Competencies forCanadian Evaluation Practice and the Canadian Professional Designations Program for Eval-uators and began to implement PDP. PDP is built on three CES foundations –CES Stan-dards,CES Guideline for Ethical Conduct and CES Competencies for Canadian Practice.The designation is a voluntary system based on education,experience,professional compe-tencies and a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development. CES's experi-ence in PDP has attracted much attention in the field of evaluation.
