摘要
介绍了大曲率U型横梁弯曲成形模具结构及其工作原理。针对厚板料大曲率U型横梁在弯曲成形时,由于内凹侧缺少流入材料补充、材料强度高和厚度大等原因而导致横梁在成形时内凹侧出现开裂问题。通过改变弯曲模内凹侧凹模镶块的形状、间隙、圆角半径以及表面粗糙度等方法,改善了横梁内凹侧凹模镶块的触料状态,使横梁内凹侧在成形时得到了一定的流入材料补充,从而解决了厚板料大曲率U型横梁在弯曲成形时的开裂问题。结果表明,实际生产应用效果良好。
The bending die structure and its working principle for thick wall U-shaped beam with large curvature are introduced in this paper.During the bending process,cracks often exist on the concave side of the U-shaped beam due to the the lack of supplementary material. Moreover,the high strength and large thickness of the sheet metal also lead to the crack problem.Using the optimization for the shape,clearance,fillet radius and surface rough-ness of the insert on the concave die,the material can be supplemented effectively in the concave side of the beam during the bending process.It proves that this die structure can solve the crack problem and satisfy the demands in producing.
