摘要
针对T/C织物传统漂白工艺中存在的环境污染及能源浪费问题,研究了过氧乙酸在T/C织物漂白中的作用,并确定了最优漂白工艺。实验确定的最佳工艺条件为:过氧乙酸8g/L;焦磷酸钠3g/L;渗透剂JFC1g/L;pH值7;温度70℃;时间80min;浴比1∶30。该工艺条件下,T/C织物可以获得优于传统氧漂一浴的处理效果。
In view of the environmental and energy issues in T/C fabric tradetional bleaching, the function of peracetic acid, an environmentally friendly organic weak acid, in T/C fabric bleaching is studied in this paper. The experiments determined an optimal process as the follows : use of 8g/L peracetic acid, 3g/L pyrophosphate, 1 g/L JFC,pH = 7, treated at 70℃ for 80min with l: 30 of bathratio. Under this process condition, the treatment effect of the T/C fabric is better than that of traditional oxygen bleaching of one bath.
