摘要
以聚丙烯(PP)树脂和多种高效的抗老化助剂为原料,通过双螺杆挤出造粒生产工艺,开发出一种PP无纺布专用耐候母粒LS-133W,并通过老化试验、灰标等级评定和拉伸试验对其与同类进口母粒在户外用PP无纺布中的应用进行了对比研究。结果表明,在母粒添加量、实验条件相同的情况下,LS-133W抗老化母粒的抗老化性能优于国外进口产品,完全可实现进口替代。
Using polypropylene and efficient anti-aging agents as raw materials, a anti-aging masterbatch LS-133W was prepared by twin-screw extruder and it was used for outdoor polypropylene nonwoven fabrics. A comparative study of the LS-133W and imported masterbatch used for polypropylene nonwoven fabrics was conducted through the aging test, grayscale rating and tensile test. It was concluded that LS-133W played a better effect than the imported masterbatch in the case of the same dosage and test conditions, and import substitution can be fully realized.
