A Preliminary Study on the Safety Inspection Mechanism with Large-scale Events

大型活动警卫防爆安检工作,对于确保警卫对象的绝对安全起着举足轻重的作用。在总结"亚信峰会"等大型活动警卫防爆安检工作经验的基础上,从指挥、防控、情报、大安检、保障等五个方面对国际大型活动警卫防爆安检工作机制的构建进行探讨。

Asian Conference on Interaction and Confidence - Building Measures Fourth Summit （the “CICA Sum- mit” ） was successfully held in Shanghai. During the period, the high concentration of important leaders from differ- ent countries makes the security check task extremely challenging. With the valuable experience from this tremen- dous event, the mechanism of security task is summarized. Based on the practice in CICA summit, this paper dis- cusses the supervision, control, intelligence, comprehensive inspection and logistics of security check＇ s construction and operation for an large international event, which will further furnish guidance and reference for the future similar situation.
