摘要
本文针对永磁同步电机通过利用RT-LAB实时仿真环境进行控制系统实时性设计。在永磁同步电机控制策略的基础上,分析其反馈信号和输出信号实时化过程中所产生的时间延迟的问题,并采用CPLD进行转子位置采集的时序设计。研究结果表明该实时仿真控制系统能够有效快捷的将数学模型应用在半实物仿真试验中,降低了构建系统的难度,提升了仿真过程的真实性,对于控制算法的验证和开发具有积极的指导意义。
A real-time simulation control system based on RT-LAB is designed in this paper. Analysing the problem of time-delay generated by the process of the feedback signal and the output signal based on the control strategyof PMSM, a timing- design used CPLD to collect the rotor positon are proposed by this article.The results show that the real-time simulation control system can effectively express the mathematical models in the hardware-in-the-loop simulation, reduce the difficulty in system construction, and enhance the authenticity of the simulation process. It has positive significance for developing and verifying the control algorithm.
