一次性根管治疗对老年人磨牙感染根管的疗效分析

Analysis of therapeutic effects of single-visit root canal therapy for the aged people's molar root canal infection

目的：分析一次性根管治疗对牙髓坏死的老年人磨牙的术后反应及疗效，评价老年患者行一次性根管治疗的可行性。方法：选取60～70岁急、慢性根尖周炎和牙髓坏死的老年人120例（磨牙140颗），随机分成两组，分别采用一次性根管治疗和多次性根管治疗，根管预备均采用ProTaper镍钛锉，多次性疗程间氢氧化钙根管封药，比较两组根管治疗后的反应及疗效。结果：术后1周疼痛率和术后1年治愈率两组之间均无显著性差异（P＞0.05）。结论：在严格选择适应证的条件下对老年人根管感染的磨牙行一次性根管治疗是可行的。

Objective The objective is to observe and analyze the postoperation reaction and therapeutic effects of single- visit therapy for aged people＇s molar root canal infection and to evaluate its feasibility in clinical practice. Methods 140 molar teeth from 120 persons of 60- 70 years old with pulp necrosis,acute/chronic apical periodontitis were randomly divided into two groups：study group treated with root canal therapy in single- visit and control group with multiple root canal therapies. ProTaper was adopted in both the two preparations. Besides,the multiple therapies adopted calcium hydroxide as intracranial medication. The two groups＇ therapies after treatment were evaluated. Results No obvious difference was found between the study and control groups in either incidence of pain after a week or recovery rate after a year（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Single- visit root canal therapy for aged people＇s molar infection is feasible under the circumstances of strict selection.
