摘要
高职院校教师教学能力发展是满足国家教育政策、教师队伍建设、企业行业发展、学校内涵提升和教师自我成长的需要。通过对多所高职院校学生、教师、学校组织体以及校企结合企业开展问卷与访谈调查,实证研究高职院校教师教学能力的发展现状,分析高职院校教师教学能力发展现状的成因,为全面思考和研究高职院校教师教学能力问题奠定基础。
Teachers’teaching ability development in higher vocational colleges is to meet the needs of national education policy, construction of teaching staff, development of enterprise and industry, connotation improvement of schools and teachers’ self-growth. Through the questionnaire and interview surveys of higher vocational students and teachers, school organizations and school-enterprise combined enterprises, the present situation of teachers’teaching ability development in higher vocational colleges is researched empirically and the reasons caused the situation are analyzed to lay a foundation for thinking and study comprehensively the problem of teachers’teaching ability in higher vocational colleges.
