摘要
绩效管理作为一种先进、科学的管理方法与手段被广泛应用于企业管理,但在技术研发组织,特别是国有技术研发组织中的应用还处于尝试阶段。本文结合我国某国有银行(央企)总行下属的软件中心的调研情况,分析绩效管理在国有技术研发组织中的应用情况,发现不足,提出完善对策,探索适合企业自身特点的绩效管理模式。
Performance management as an advanced management method and means, has been widely applied in enterprise management, but in tech- nical research and development organization, especially the state technology R & D in the organization is still in the stage of experiment. In this pa- per, combined with a state-owned bank of China (central enterprises) investigation of head office subordinate software center, to analyze the appliea- tion of performance management in state-owned technology R & D tissues and find insufficient, put forward countermeasures to improve and explore the suitable performance management mode for enterprise own characteristic.
