摘要
构建低压配电网三相负荷不平衡优化模型,应用粒子群智能优化算法进行求解,确定各单相负荷用户的最优接入相序,据此提出科学有效且经济的三相负荷调整方案。实例分析表明,所提出的优化模型和求解方法是可行的,在换相成本最低的同时,低压配电网三相负荷不平衡度由优化前的17.75%降至1.923%。
Focusing on three-phase load imbalance problem in low voltage distribution network,this paper establishes an optimization model,uses particle swarm optimization algorithm to determine the optimal access sequence of each single-phase load,and puts forward an effective and economical threephase load adjusting scheme.A case study shows that the proposed optimization model and solving algorithm are feasible,which can reduce the degree of three-phase load imbalance in low voltage distribution network from 17.75%to 1.923% at the lowest load adjusting cost.
