摘要
目的:研究决明子对脂肪肝大鼠肝组织抗氧化能力的影响。方法:高脂高糖饮食6周复制脂肪肝大鼠模型,从第7周起,连续给予决明子提取物高、中、低剂量(2.0、1.0、0.5g/kg)处理4周。处死大鼠,制备肝组织匀浆,测定肝组织中丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)含量以及总超氧化物歧化酶(TSOD)、一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)活性。结果:决明子提取物高、中剂量可明显降低脂肪肝大鼠肝组织中MDA和NO水平,高剂量能明显提高肝脏组织中T-SOD、NOS活性。结论:决明子能够增强脂肪肝大鼠肝组织的抗氧化能力。
Objective: To study anti-oxidative effects of Cassia seed on hepatic tissue of non-alcoholic fatty liver rats. Methods: Rats were breeding with high sugar and fat diet for six weeks to establish non-alcoholic fatty liver model. At the be- ginning of seventh week, extract of Cassia seed was administered successively for 4 weeks at doses of 2.0 g/kg, 1.0 g/kg, and 0.5 g/kg respectively to prevent development of non-alcoholic fatty liver. Rats were sacrificed and liver was isolated to evaluate the activities of total superoxide dismutase (T-SOD) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS), as well as the amount of malonaldehyde (MDA) and nitric oxide (NO). Results: Cassia seed can decrease MDA and NO at doses of 2.0 g/kg and 1.0 g/kg and increase activities of T-SOD and NOS at dose of 2.0 g/kg. Conclusion: Cassia seed can enhance anti-oxidative capacity in hepatic tissue of non-alcoholic fatty liver rats.
