摘要 以焦炉热平衡计算为基础,对空气过剩系数与炼焦耗热量之间的关系进行分析。空气过剩系数过大会使废气带走的热量增加,导致炼焦耗热量增加。结合现场的测量数据,计算出合理的烟气含氧量水平,使煤气充分燃烧,达到节约能源、改善环境、提高经济效益、降低炼焦耗热量和提高焦炉生产能力的目的。 Based on coke oven heat balance calculation,the relationship between excessive air coeffi-cient and coking heat consumption is analyzed.Heat taken away by waste gas increases if the exces-sive air coefficient is too high,resulting in higher coking heat consumption.Combining with the data measured at site,a rational oxygen range contained in flue gas is worked out to realize complete com-bustion of gas,and fulfill the purpose of energy saving,environment protection,economic beneficial, low coking heat consumption and higher production capacity of coke oven.
