针灸治疗消化性溃疡选穴规律聚类分析

Cluster Analysis of Acupuncture Points Selection Rules in Peptic Ulcer Treatment

通过对近10年各大文献数据库中有关中医针灸治疗消化性溃疡的处方录入,对其选穴进行整理,并进行频数分析、聚类分析,总结针灸治疗消化性溃疡的常用穴位以及穴位配伍。频数分析结果显示:足三里、中脘、胃俞为排名前三的穴位处方。聚类分析结果显示了治疗消化性溃疡联系最为紧密的两个穴位为足三里、中脘-合募配穴。应用统计学方法定量分析针灸治疗消化性溃疡的选穴及配穴方法,可作为依据服务于临床。

By recording the recipes about treating the peptic ulcer in every large database of the recent decade,arranging the acupoints they chose and doing the frequency analysis and the cluster analysis,we sum up the most often-used acupoints and the compatibility of two or more points which are used in the treatment of peptic ulcer. The results of the frequency analysis shows that Zusanli（ST36）,Zhongwan（RN12）,Weishu（BL21）are the three recipes which win the first three place. The result of cluster analysis shows that Zusanli（ST36）,Zhongwan（RN12）（the ＇He-Mu＇ group）are the twoacupoints which are related mostly to the peptic ulcer. Using the statistical method quantitative analysis of the methods of choosing acupoints and adjunct acupoints can be the theory basis serving for the clinic.
