摘要
平灾结合的城市空间设计对于提升城市居民生活的安全性具有积极的意义。南京天津新村小区是典型的城市密集型老旧住宅区,这类小区几乎都缺少应急避难场所。通过场地调研和空间分析,文中对该小区的公共空间进行有效的平灾结合改造设计,以达到完善城市防灾体系的目的。
The urban space design with the consideration of entertainment and disaster reliefhas a positive significance on improving the security of urban life. Tianjin Xincun Community in Nanjing is a typical of intensively living and old urban residential areas,which all lack the emergency shelter. The paper redesigned the public space in the community taking full account of entertainment and disaster relief based on site survey and spatial analysis in order to improve urban disaster prevention system.
