Cultivating of Practical Ability for Full-time Postgraduate Degree Students

专业学位研究生教育是为适应社会经济发展而设立的新兴高等教育,旨在培养应用型专门人才。受传统研究生教育模式影响,专业学位研究生培养成效差强人意,毕业生实践能力问题尤为突出,其培养模式亟待进一步完善与创新。试析造成专业学位研究生实践能力不足的具体原因,并就此提出若干针对性策略。

Postgraduate Degree Higher education should be adapt to social and economic development and cultivate application-oriented talents. Affected by the traditional model of graduate education,the effectiveness of postgraduate education is unsatisfactory. This article analyzes the practical ability for postgraduate degree students and put forward some suggestions to solve the problem.
