摘要
大学是由教师和学生、大学和其他社会组织之间特殊的交往行为构成的"公共领域"。因而大学的社会功能和运行绩效取决于,在特定的历史条件下教师和学生、大学和其他社会组织是否具备交往主体的共性?是否具备有效交往的"主体间性"?文章通过对现代大学的起源——中世纪大学的考察,以及现代大学困惑的分析,认为应将"投资—生产—需求"的分化和分工型现代大学人才培养模式,转向"投资方和需求方整合、需求方参与生产"的合作型人才培养模式,即通过重构主体间"需求整合的聚集式对话"促进现代大学交往主体的回归。
