关系资源对农业企业经营绩效的影响

Impact of Relationship Resources on Agricultural Enterprises' Operating Performance

为农业企业培养和维护企业的关系资源提供理论参考,基于第20届中国杨凌农业高新科技成果博览会的调研数据,构建结构方程模型,分析5类关系资源对农业企业经营绩效的影响。结果表明:客户关系资源、银行关系资源以及员工关系资源对农业企业经营绩效具有正向影响,政府关系资源不但对其具有直接的正向影响,还通过影响银行关系资源对其产生间接影响;供应商关系资源对农业企业经营绩效影响不显著,但并不能被农业企业忽视。

To provide a theoretical reference for cultivating and maintaining relationship resources for agricultural enterprises,The authors analyzed the effects of five kinds of relationship resources on agricultural enterprises＇ performance by means of SEM based on the data collected from the 20 th China Yangling Agricultural High-Tech Fair（CAF）.Results：Relationship resources from customers,bank and employees have positive effect on the agricultural enterprise＇s operating performance,relationship resources from the government not only have direct positive effect,but also indirect effect on the agricultural enterprise＇s operating performance.Relationship resources from suppliers have no effect on agricultural enterprise＇s operating performance,while it cannot be neglected by agricultural enterprises.
