妇产科住院医师和专科医师规范化培训体系的探索

Exploration of the residency and specialist standardized training system in the department of obstetrics and gynecology

住院医师和专科医师规范化培训是加快卫生人才队伍建设的重要举措.同济大学附属第一妇婴保健院通过组建国际化师资团队、采用国际公认的培训课程、建立妇产科模拟培训中心、尝试临床教学新模式、构建区域化妇产科专科联合体等一系列举措,探索和完善住院医师/专科医师规范化培训体系,为培养高水平的妇产科医师提供参考.

It has been proved that the residency and specialist standardized training was an important measure to speed up the construction of health personnel.To provide a reference for cultivating high-level obstetricians and gynecologists,a series of measures such as the formation of international teachers＆#39; team,use of the internationally recognized training courses,establishment of the obstetrics and gynecology simulation training center,teaching model reform,construction of the obstetrics and gynecology specialist regional consortium,were explored.The residency and specialist standardized training system was improved in The First Maternity and Infant Hospital,Tongji University School of Medicine in Shanghai.
