电动公交换电站运营功率估算模型研究

摘要 在分析公交车的运行特点和换电站电池实际使用数据基础上,建立了电动公交车动力电池回站SOC模型、锂离子动力电池充电时间模型、充电功率模型等数学模型,通过以上模型以及锂离子电池开路电压变化曲线进行换电站功率估算并给出充电机功率的求解方法。同时考虑电池容量衰退等因素对电动公交换电站基本配置的影响,提出电动公交换电站充电功率的冗余估算方法。以北京北土城换电站的实际数据作为仿真算例,验证了提出的充电功率估算方法的准确性,同时还为电动公交换电站的建站及冗余设计提供了理论依据。 By analyzing the bus operation features and the running data of the battery in the swapping stations, the distribution model of battery SOC of EV bus back to the swapping station, battery charging time model and charging power model were established; the design parameters calculation method for the charging station was proposed based on SOC distribution model of the power battery back to the station. The correction method to charging station parameters for various EV bus operation modes was investigated. The research estimated the power of the EV bus swapping stations based on the models developed and the relationship between the SOC and OCV. In the paper, the method to solve the power of chargers in the operation simulation was given. Taking battery capacity recession and other factors affecting the basic configuration of EV bus swapping stations into account, the redundancy estimation method to estimate the power of the EV bus swapping stations was proposed. Taking the actual data of Beitucheng swapping station in Beijing as a simulation example, the accuracy of the method developed in the paper was verified,providing a theoretical basis for establishing the EV bus swapping stations and designing the redundancy.
