复方丹参滴丸联合曲美他嗪治疗缺血性心肌病的效果观察

Curative effect of compound Danshen dropping pill combined with trimetazidine in treatment of ischetrdc cardiomyopathy

目的探讨复方丹参滴丸和曲美他嗪联合治疗缺血性心肌病的临床疗效。方法选取于2013年1月至2014年1月在南方医科大学附属小榄医院心内科进行诊治的缺血性心肌病患者200例，完全随机分为观察组与对照组，各100例。对照组给予常规西医治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上采用复方丹参滴丸（10粒／次，3次／d口服）联合曲美他嗪（20mg／次，3次／d口服）治疗，比较2组临床疗效以及心功能指标改善情况。结果观察组总有效率为93．0％（93／100），明显高于对照组的81．0％（81／100），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗前观察组与对照组在左心室舒张末期内径、每搏输出量、左心室射血分数方面比较，差异均无统计学意义（均P〉0．05）；治疗后2组左心室舒张末期内径、每搏输出量、左心室射血分数均较治疗前明显改善[观察组：（54±5）mm比（60±5）mm、（79±5）ml比（46±5）ml、（62±5）％比（37±5）％，对照组：（57±5）mm比（59±6）mm、（68±4）ml比（46±5）ml、（50±4）％比（39±5）％]（均P〈0．05），与对照组相比，观察组改善更明显（均P〈0．05）。结论复方丹参滴丸联合曲美他嗪治疗缺血性心肌病疗效明显，优于常规临床治疗。

Objective To explore the curative effect of compound Danshen dropping pill and trimetazidine in treating ischemic eardiomyopathy. Methods Totally 200 ischemie eardiomyopathy patients were divided into observation group and control group; each group had 100 cases. Control group had conventional western medicine treatment and the observation group had extra compound Danshen dropping pill（ 10 prains/time, 3 times/d orally） and trimetazidine（20 rag/time, 3 time/d orally）. The clinical curative effect and cardiac function indexes were observed. Results The effective rate in observation group was 93.0% （93/100） , higher than that in the control group [ 81.0% （81/100） ] significantly（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Left ventricular end diastolic diameter, stroke volume and left ventricula rejection fraction between 2 groups had no differences （ all P 〉 0. 05 ） ; the indexes of left ventricular end diastolic diameter, stroke volume and left ventricular ejection fraction in two groups after treatment were better than those before treatment [ observation group ： （ 54 ± 5 ）mm vs （60 ± 5 ） mm, （79 ± 5 ） ml vs （46 ± 5 ） ml,（62±5）% vs （37±5）%; control group：（57±5）mmvs （59±6）mm,（68±4）mlvs （46±5）ml,（50± 4） % vs （ 39 ± 5 ） % ] （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions The curative effect of combined compound Danshen dropping pill with trimetazidine is effective for treating isehemic eardiomyopathy.
