护理管理者对突发公共事件医院应韧力的知晓性现状

Current Status of Nursing Managers' Awareness of Hospital Resilience to Public Emergency

目的 调查护理管理者对突发公共事件医院应韧力的认知情况，以期为制定提高突发公共事件护理应对能力的措施提供现实依据。方法 2013年3—4月，经文献分析形成“突发公共事件医院应韧力知晓性”调查问卷。便利抽样法选择某市4所三级甲等医院216名护理管理者为研究对象，采用“突发公共事件医院应韧力知晓性”调查问卷对其进行调查，测试问卷的信度和效度，并分析了护理管理者对突发公共事件医院应韧力的知晓性现状及影响因素。结果 该问卷专家内容效度指数为0．93、内部一致性信度指数为0．97，护理管理者接触各类突发公共事件的比率存在较大差异（31．2％～84．9％），80％以上的护理管理者预见未来可能会面临和应对这类事件。分析突发公共事件医院应韧力知晓性得分发现，护理管理者对应韧力各层面的知晓率存在较大差异，完全知晓者不足1／5（36／216，16．7％），工作时间较短者、年龄较小者与其他年长者及工作时间长者对突发公共事件医院应韧力知晓性的差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。结论 护理管理者对突发公共事件医院应韧力的知晓度相对较低，提示需加强相关能力培养，促进更具韧力的护理队伍建设。

Objective To investigate nursing managers＇ perception of hospital resilience to public emergency, to provide physical evidence for nursing capacity building for public emergency.Methods The ques- tionnaire about the perception of hospital resilience to public emergency was formulated of literature review and expert examination to investigate 216 nursing managers in four Class Ⅲ Grade Ⅰ hospitals, and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested and analyzed the current status and influencing factor of nursing managers＇ perception of hospital resilience to public emergency.Results The content validi- ty index and the internal consistency coefficient for the questionnaire was 0.93 and 0.97 respectively. There was significant difference of the rate of involving in deal with public emergency between nursing managers （31.2%~84.9%）, and 80% of them thought they might encounter to deal with public emergency in the future. Through the analysis of hospital resilience, nursing managers had different level of awareness of hospital resilience, and less than one fifth of them reported to know all aspects of hospital resilience to public emergency （36/216, 16.7%）. There were differences of awareness of hospital resilience between nursing managers with short working period and young age and those with eider age and long working time （all P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing managers were found less knowledgeable of hospital resilience to public emergency, which suggest that it＇s need for relevant competency development to more resilient nursing workforee.
