摘要
目的建立尼可地尔缓释片的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,Agilent TC-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,甲醇-水(48∶52)为流动相,流速1.0m L/min,检测波长254nm。结果尼可地尔的线性范围为3.008μ/m L-18.048μ/m L,线性关系良好(r=0.9998);平均加样回收率为98.37%(n=5),RSD=0.72%。结论该方法简便、结果准确,适用于制剂中尼可地尔的含量测定与质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for determining of nicorandil sustained release tablets. Methods HPLC method was adopted,Agilent TC- C18( 4. 6mm × 250 mm,5μm) as column,methanol- water( 48∶ 52) as the mobile phase,the flow rate is set 1. 0m L/min,and the detection wavelength is 254 nm. Results The linear ranges of nicorandil are 3. 008μ / m L- 18. 048 μ / m L,and the linear relationship is good( r = 0. 9998); the average recovery of adding sampie is 98. 37%( n = 5),with the RSD is 0. 72%. Conclusions The method is simple and accurate,and it is suitable for the content determination and quality control of nicorandil sustained release tablets.
