内翅型式对新型太阳能吸热体传热的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究导热流道内翅型式对新型太阳能吸热体传热性能的影响,对新型太阳能吸热体导热流道进行简化,建立了三角形内翅、半圆形内翅、矩形内翅三种不同的内翅导热流道以及光滑内壁流道的物理模型,采用fluent软件对这几种不同的导热流道进行数值仿真分析。以20℃水为流道工质,对比这几种导热流道的出口截面平均温度以及流道壁面导热速率。结果发现:三角形内翅性能最好,相比于矩形内翅、半圆形内翅、光滑内壁,进出口温差分别提高了12.94%、16.82%、32.16%,流道壁面导热速率分别提高了1.79%、2.26%、7.39%。证明了搭建的实验平台验证数值仿真结果的正确性。 In order to study the effects of different types of inner - fin on new type of solar heat absorber channel in heat transfer performance, a physical model of channel on flow is simplified as different models with three type of inner- fin, i.e. triangle, semicircular, rectangle, and smooth inner wall, and the different type of channel on flow is simulated by using the fluent software. Taking the water of 20~C as the flowing working substance, the average exit temperature and the wall heat transfer rate of four different type flow channel are compared. The results show that the best type is triangle inner - fin, the temperature difference between inlet and outlet and the wall heat transfer rate im- proves by 22. 6%, 28.4%, 138.96% andl. 79%, 2. 26%, 7.39%, respectively.
