摘要
目的通过对2009-2011年市辖区内食源性致病菌监测数据的统计,及时发现EHEC O157:H7并分析原因。方法按照国家相关标准方法进行检测。结果检出四川省首例有动力O157:H7。结论四川省已存在EHEC O157:H7引起食物中毒的危险性。各级食品安全监管及检验部门对此应高度重视,预防该菌在四川省的传播和食物中毒的暴发。
Objective To detect EHEC O157: H7by monitoring food borne pathogens in the jurisdiction from 2009 to 2011. Methods The detection was carried out according to the relevant national standards. Results The first case of dynamic O157 : H7was detected in Sichuan. Conclusion The risk of food poisoning caused by EHEC O157: H7already exists in Siehuan. Food safety regulation and inspection departments at different lev- els should pay high attention to the dissemination and the outbreak of food poisoning cased it.
