全身型幼年特发性关节炎热退缓解后合并巨噬细胞活化综合征二例 被引量：6

摘要 例1 患儿男,12岁2个月,因“间断发热十余天”入院.患儿病程中热型呈弛张热,每日均有发热,口服“布洛芬”可降至正常.病初有肩关节酸痛.外院辅助检查合胞病毒（＋）、肺炎支原体IgM（＋）、肺炎衣原体IgM（＋）.入院体格检查：血压115/70 mmHg（1 mmHg=0.133 kPa）,全身皮肤黏膜未见淤点、淤斑.颌下可及数枚肿大淋巴结,约1 cm×1 cm大小,质中,无压痛.肝脾肋下未触及.手足、各关节无肿胀、压痛,活动不受限.
