椎管神经鞘瘤单侧钉棒系统置入对脊椎稳定性的作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析椎管内神经鞘瘤采用单侧钉棒系统置入时,对脊椎稳定性的影响。方法对我院收治的52例神经鞘瘤患者采用部分椎板关节突切除,同时采用单侧钉棒内固定,在内固定后3天和3个月、6个月、12个月分别进行X线复查,对椎管稳定性、神经系统功能和生活质量等评分进行比较。结果单侧钉棒内固定后,内置物固定良好,脊柱无失稳、滑脱现象,且神经功能评分和生活质量评分均较治疗前有所提高(P<0.05);治疗后疼痛程度也比治疗前好转(P<0.05)。结论椎管内神经鞘瘤行单侧钉棒系统置入,在减少脊髓损伤的同时,也能更好的维持脊柱稳定性,值得临床推广。 Objective The role of unilateral nail rods system on spine stability in vertebral tube nerve sheath tumor is analyzed. Methods In our hospital 52 patients with nerve sheath tumor were performed partial laminectomy and facetectomy and unilateral pedicle screw fixation. X ray examination was performed at 3 days,3 months,6months,and 12 months after internal fixation. The spine stability,neural functions and life quality were compared.Results After the unilateral pedicle screw fixation,implant fixation had a good instability and no slippage occurred.The neurological function score and life quality score were increased( P〈0. 05); after treatment the pain was also improved( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Unilateral pedicle screw rod system implantation in vertebral tube nerve sheath tumor not only can reduce the spinal cord injury,but also maintain the spine stability,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
