摘要
针对固体充填液压支架自动化程度低,导致煤炭充填开采效率低下的问题,设计开发了固体充填液压支架自动化控制系统。给出了充填液压支架控制方案,包括系统的整体控制框图,相关传感器的布置位置,自动充填控制流程以及系统的控制模式。该系统不仅提高了充填液压支架的稳定性和可靠性,而且也提高了充填开采的效率,具有很好的推广和应用价值。
In view of the low automation degree of solid backfill hydraulic support, which leads to low efficiency of backfill coal mining, we designed and developed the automation control system of solid backfill hydraulic support. It presented control plan of solid backfill hydraulic support, which includes the overall control diagram of system, the layout position of relevant sensors, the control process of automatic backfill and the control mode of system. The system not only improved the stability and reliability of backfill hydraulic support, but also greatly enhanced the efficiency of backfill coal mining,and has a very good promotion and application value.
