摘要
为了了解车用压缩天然气钢质内胆环向缠绕气瓶(CNG-2型气瓶)所用玻璃纤维的耐腐蚀性能,测试和比较了两种常用的玻璃纤维E-CR玻璃纤维和E-玻璃纤维的成分、物理性能、耐酸性、应力腐蚀性能等。通过干纱失重试验、应力腐蚀试验及酸腐蚀试验等研究可知,对于CNG-2型气瓶来说,E-CR玻璃纤维比选择E-玻璃纤维拥有更高强度和耐腐蚀性能,因此,选择E-CR玻璃纤维对气瓶的安全性能提高具有更可靠的保证。
In order to understand the corrosion resistance of glass fibers which is used in the CNG-2 cyl-inders,it have been tested and compared the composition,the physical properties,the acid resistance and the stress corrosion of the common two glass fibers:E -CR glass fiber and E -glass fiber.The research which had been studied on dry fiber corrosion resistance test method,stress corrosion test and acid envi-ronment test has shown that selecting the E-CR glass fiber which has the higher strength and corrosion resistance could be more reliable guarantee for the CNG-2 cylinder.
