高原脑水肿血脑屏障损害的病理分子机制研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 高原脑水肿(HACE)是急性高海拔病的危重表现之一,其发病机制复杂。主流理论认为HACE是一种血管源性水肿,也就是血脑屏障损害是其关键因素,针对血脑屏障损害的生化介质改变其通透性的研究日益增多,已发现的相关因素主要包括水通道蛋白,血管内皮生长因子,氧自由基等,对此进行总结。
