交通保障承担着应急和应战保障交通线畅通的任务。针对自然灾害对交通的破坏时有发生,并且具有释放的能量大、发生突然、破坏面广的特点,提出应该从交通保障体制机制及技术方面进行创新,以提高交通保障应急和应战的能力。

Transportation support can ensure the smooth traffic lines for emergency and war support. Traffic lines are often damaged by natural disasters, which are of huge energy, sudden breakout and extensive effect. Therefore, innovations must be made in the aspects of transportation support＇ s system and mechanism and technologies, to ensure the emergency and war abilities of transportation support.
