原矿锡品位波动对车河选矿厂的影响及应对措施 被引量:4

摘要 原矿品位波动对选矿厂的生产影响较大,可能导致选矿过程和生产指标异常。车河选矿厂对此采取了相关技术措施,通过建多个矿仓配矿、采用可变流程、及时调整设备参数、采用高效回收技术及设备等方法,有效防止了锡石多金属硫化矿原矿品位波动对选矿指标的不利影响,在原矿品位逐年降低的情况下,选矿指标反而有所上升。 Fluctuations on raw ore grade have a great effect on the production of the ore dressing plant which may result from abnormalities in the beneficiation process and on production indicators. The related technical measures have been taken by Chehe Dressing Plant, such as building multiple ore-bin blending, using flexible process, timely adjusting the device parameters, applying the high efficient recycling technology and equipment which can effectively prevent the adverse influences of fluctuations on the beneficiation indicators to the cassiterite polymetallic sulfide ore grade,etc. Though the raw ore grade is reducing year by year,the dressing indexes have been improved to some extent.
