佛山市社区精神分裂症患者生活质量及其影响因素调查

Surveys of life quality and influencing factors among commu-nity schizophrenics in Foshan City

目的：了解佛山市社区精神分裂症患者的生活质量及其影响因素，为社区干预提供依据。方法对256例生活在社区的精神分裂症患者采用一般情况调查表、世界卫生组织简明生活质量量表、社会功能缺陷量表、日常生活能力量表、简明精神病量表及锥体外系不良反应量表进行测评分析。结果社区精神分裂症患者世界卫生组织简明生活质量量表总分与就业状况呈显著正相关（ P＜0．05或0．01），与社会功能缺陷量表、日常生活能力量表、简明精神病量表、锥体外系不良反应量表总分呈显著负相关（ P＜0．05或0．01）；回归分析显示，简明精神病量表、社会功能缺陷量表、日常生活能力量表总分对世界卫生组织简明生活质量量表总分的影响显著。结论社区精神分裂症患者生活质量较低，影响因素众多，其中精神症状、社会功能和生活能力是生活质量的主要影响因素。

Objective To find out the life quality of schizophrenics and in order to provide basis for com-munity intervention .Methods Assessments were conducted with general data questionnaire ,WHOQOL-BREF ,SDSS ,ADL ,BPRS ,RSESE among 258 schizoprenics living community .Results T he total score of WHOQOL-BREF was significantly positively correlated with their employment situation （P〈 0 .05 or 0 .01）and negatively to the total score of the SDSS ,ADL ,BPRS and RSESE（P〈0 .05 or 0 .01） .Regression analysis showed that the total score of BPRS ,SDSS ,ADL had significant influence on the total score of WHOQOL-BRIEF .Conclusion Community schizophrenia patients have poor life quality ,influencing factors are more ,and main factors influencing life quality are mental symptoms ,social function and viability .
