血尿酸水平与糖尿病周围神经病变的相关性研究 被引量:11

摘要 尿酸(uric acid,UA)作为嘌呤代谢的终产物,是人体内一种强效的水溶性抗氧化剂和自由基清除剂,其在机体内的作用是一把双刃剑。血尿酸水平过高,可导致痛风、高血压和心血管疾病以及卒中的发生风险增加;血尿酸水平过低,可能与多发性硬化、帕金森病、阿尔茨海默病等神经变性疾病的发病风险增加有关[1]。DPN作为一种特殊的神经病变,其与血尿酸的关系尚不明确,本文就两者的关系探讨如下。
