摘要
马驹桥公租房装配整体式混凝土结构产业化施工中,以BIM技术为支持,重点解决施工过程中由于对施工指导不足导致的返工、高能耗与劳动力浪费等问题。通过BIM技术模拟,将CSI构件进行组装、排序,预测可能出现的问题,提前制订解决方案,并在深化设计中控制装配式构件的预留预埋问题,为现场拼装创造了条件。
During the industrialized construction of the assembled monolithic concrete structure ofMajuqiao Public Rental Housing project, BIM technique was adopted to effectively reduce the problemscaused by insufficient guidance for the construction, such as rework, high energy consumption and wasteof labor, etc. The technique could simulate the assembly and sequence of CSI components, predictpotential problems, so as to prepare solution in advance, control the reserved and pre-embedded pointsfor assembled component and provide conditions for field assembly.
