Research on Responsible Innovation Mode in Dalian Port

"负责任创新"是近年来欧美国家提出并得到迅速发展的理念。按照负责任创新的理念反思大连港近年来的发展,可以看到有很多做法和制度设计与负责任创新的理念是一致的。从港口与环境的关系、港口的技术创新与社会责任的关系等方面来探讨大连港负责任创新模式,对事故池工程进行案例分析,最后与鹿特丹港的负责任创新模式进行初步的比较分析。

＂Responsible Innovation＂ is a newly developed concept in the last decade in European and American countries. Reflecting the development of Dalian port in recent years followed the concept of Responsible Innovation, we may see there are a lot of practice and system designs are consistent with the concept. This paper focuses on the mode of Responsible Innovation in Dalian port by exploring relationships of port and environment, tech- nology innovation and social responsibilities and analyzes the case of emergency pool project. At last, the paper initially analyzes the difference of the modes of Responsible Innovation compared with Rotterdam port.
