2011-2013年东莞市厚街镇医疗机构消毒质量检测结果分析

Medical institutions disinfection quality motoring results analysis of Houjie town in Dongguan city during 2011- 2013

目的了解东莞市厚街镇医疗机构消毒灭菌效果,为加强消毒工作的监督管理提供科学依据。方法按照《消毒与灭菌效果的评价方法与标准》(GB 15981-1995)、《医院消毒卫生标准》(GB 15982-1995)和卫生部《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)采样和检测要求,2011-2013年对东莞市厚街镇医疗机构的室内空气、物体表面、医护人员手和使用中消毒液、紫外线杀菌灯进行了采样和检测。结果 2011-2013年共检测医疗机构消毒样本数为1 958份,合格份数为1466份,总合格率为74.87%,2013年检测合格率为79.29%;不同检测项目检测中,使用中消毒液检测合格率89.73%,室内空气检测合格率51.11%;不同类别的医疗机构消毒质量检测中,村卫生站检测合格率最低,仅为62.08%。结论厚街镇医疗机构消毒检测合格率呈逐年上升趋势,不同级别的医疗机构消毒质量差别较大,村卫生站消毒质量有待提高。

Objective To investigate the disinfection quality of medical institutions in Houjie town Dongguan city,so as to provide a reference for disinfection work and disinfection supervision. Methods Based on Methods and criteria for evaluating the efficacy of disinfection and sterilization（ GB 15981- 1995）,Hygienic standard for disinfection in hospitals（ GB 15982- 1995） and Technical standard for disinfection（ 2002）,the disinfection inspection data of indoor air,surfaces of objects,hands of medical staff and disinfectant in use and ultraviolet germicidal lamp in medical institutions were collected in Houjie town of Dongguan city from 2011 to2013. Results From 2011 to 2013,the total samples number of the detection disinfection in medical institutions were 1958,the qualified samples were 1466,the total average qualified rate was 74. 87%,the qualified rate was 79. 29% in 2013; In the different disinfection detection,the qualified rate of disinfectant in use was89. 73%,detection of indoor air qualified rate was 51. 11%; In the different categories medical institutions disinfection,the qualified rate of village health stations was the lowest,only 62. 08%. Conclusions There is an increasing trend of medical institutions disinfection qualified rate in Houjie town year by year,there is difference of disinfection quality in medical institutions at different levels,the disinfection quality of village health station remains to improve.
