摘要
文章结合北京大学第一医院后勤人才的培养现状,从重视人才储备与引进、人才的"补血"与"造血"两大方面详细阐述了多元而高效的人才培养方式,认为人才培养是医院可持续发展的战略关键。
The article introduces the status quo of logistics personnel training of Peking University First Hospital;focus on talent reservation and introduction,“enrich blood” and “generate blood”,elaborates the diverse and efficient talents training mode;comes an conclusion that the talent cultivation is the key to the hospital sustainable development strategy.
