Study on the Coated Paper for Electromagnetic Shielding

摘要 以镍粉为导电填料,制备电磁屏蔽涂料,研究涂布工艺对其性能的影响。通过正交实验研究电磁屏蔽涂布纸的涂布工艺,实验结果表明:在填料/树脂质量比3:1、涂布量60 g·m^(-2)、50℃下固化40 min,偶联剂用量3%或3.5%时,制备的电磁屏蔽涂布纸在100 kHz^1.5 GHz范围内屏蔽效能为28~35 d B。 The electromagnetic shielding coating based on Ni powder as conductive filler was prepared and coated on the paper. The influences of different coating conditions on the electromagnetic shielding and conductive properties were investigated. An orthogonal experiment was conducted to research the different coating conditions. The results showed that when ratio of filler to resin 3:1, coating weight to 60 g·m^-2, setting time 40 rain at 50%;, and coupling agent dosage 3% or 3.5%, the shielding effectiveness of the electromagnetic shielding paper is 28-35 dB at the range of frequency from 100 kHz to 1.5 GHz.
