摘要
2D-PSD是一种对光点位置信息进行检测的器件,而激光是一较其他光波在测量方面应用更广泛、更有优势的光源。为了设计一款性价比高、实用性强的便携式测量系统,采用软硬件相结合的方式,综合考虑了相关器件的各种因素,设计了一款基于2D-PSD的便携式精密测量系统。对该系统进行了测试,并对测试结果进行了误差分析,得出该系统具有较高的精度且能够快速、准确地进行位置测量。而且它的开发成本也很低,因此该系统值得推广,具有一定的开发价值。
2D-PSD is a kind of device to detect the position of light spot information. And Laser has more advantage and more extensive application than other light source. In order to design a portable measurement system with high cost effective and strong practicability, it adopts a way of combining hardware with software. And the various factors of the related device is considered comprehensively. A portable precision measurement system based on 2D-PSD has been designed in this paper. The system is tested. Through comprehensive analysis of the test result . it is concluded that the system has higher accuracy and can measure the position fast and accurately. Still its development cost is very low, so the system is worth popularizing and has certain development value.
