9例犬原发性肾上腺皮质机能减退诊断 被引量：8

摘要 犬肾上腺皮质机能减退,是由于肾上腺制造和分泌糖皮质激素和/或盐皮质激素不足引起的一系列临床综合征,可分为原发性和继发性两种.前者亦称阿迪森病（Addison＇s disease）,是双侧肾上腺功能被破坏90％以上后盐皮质激素和糖皮质激素均分泌不足引起的,常见症状包括呕吐、腹泻、沉郁、氮质血症和高钾血症;后者是由于垂体或下丘脑破坏性损伤或长期使用外源性糖皮质激素（医源性）导致垂体分泌肾上腺皮质激素（ACTH）减少,进而造成糖皮质激素分泌减少,但此时盐皮质激素分泌正常.
