摘要 基于家庭是大学生职业生涯规划的最原始场所和大学阶段是大学生做好职业生涯规划最关键时期的认识,笔者在充分调研的基础上得出家校互动式职业生涯辅导具有极强的针对性和现实性。在认清两者互动的现状、意义的基础上,对两者的角色定位、关系建立、资源共享、载体创新、机制完善和科学评估等六个方面进行了探索。 Based on the understandings that family is the most original place for student's career education and the undergraduate stage is the most critical period for drawing up career planning, we did sufficient survey. The results indicated that the interactive mode of family and college career education is specific and realistic. Based on the current situation and significance of the interaction of these two parts, we explored the following six aspects: role definition of the two parts, the establishment of their relationship,resource sharing, carrier innovation, mechanism improvement and scientific assessment.
