摘要 针对电能表现有方案存在的不足和当前电能表市场面临的挑战,采用全SOC方案设计了一款高精度、低成本、低功耗的单相智能电能表。该电能表采用SOC芯片MSP430F6736作为控制核心,通过SOC芯片内置A/D和硬件乘法器模块以及相应的数学计算实现了高精度测量和电能计量功能,利用SOC内置RTC模块和温度传感器实现了带温度补偿的日历/时钟功能,利用SOC内置LCD驱动器实现了液晶显示,最后依托于SOC内部强大的CPU和相应的功能模块实现了数据储存、负荷曲线、事件记录、负荷控制、RS485通信等功能。实验结果表明,所设计的电能表完全能够满足国家电网的1级单相智能电能表技术规范要求,且性价比高,具有广阔的市场价值。 A single-phase smart electric energy meter with high precision, low cost and low power consumption was designed by SOC solution in this paper aiming at the deficiency of the existing solution and the challenges for the cur-rent market of the electric energy meter.The meter applied the SOC chip of MSP430F6736 as the control center.It implements high accuracy measurement and energy metering by using A/D converters and hardware multipliers in the SOC combining with corresponding mathematical calculations, and calendar/clock and temperature compensation by using the RTC module and temperature sensor in the SOC, and LCD display by using the LCD driver in the SOC.Fi-nally, it implements data storage, load curve, event log, load control and RS485 communication by powerful CPU and corresponding modules in the SOC.The experimental result shows that the designed electric energy meter can perfectly satisfy the technical specification requirements for class-1 single-phase smart electricity meter of state grid with high quality-price ratio, so it has broad market value.
